Project Manager / Senior Project Manager

Location: UK (site travel required)

Calibre Search are working with a specialist contractor delivering remediation, enabling works and ground engineering projects across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex projects across brownfield and infrastructure sites.
This is a senior role combining project leadership, client management and commercial oversight, with responsibility for taking projects from tender stage through to successful delivery.

The Role

• Lead delivery of remediation and enabling works projects across multiple sites
• Support tender assessments, project scoping and cost planning
• Manage project teams, subcontractors and operational resources
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and within budget
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout project delivery
• Oversee commercial performance, reporting and WIP management

About You

• Degree-qualified in Engineering, Environmental or Construction discipline
• Strong background in remediation, ground engineering or enabling works
• Proven experience managing complex construction projects
• Solid understanding of construction contracts and project delivery
• Strong client-facing and leadership skills
• Desirable:
  APM / PRINCE2, experience on brownfield remediation projects, or knowledge of temporary works / ground engineering solutions.
