We are working with a growing building services business in Greater Manchester that is looking to appoint a Senior Revit MEP Coordinator to join their in-house design team. This is a key hire for the business, offering the opportunity to take real ownership of Revit delivery across a range of technically challenging MEP projects, while helping to improve coordination standards and BIM processes.

The role is very much Revit-led and hands-on, with responsibility for developing and managing MEP models across live projects, supporting coordination on complex, multi-disciplinary schemes, and contributing through to Stage 5 (construction). You will also be involved in producing and managing COBie data, adhering to naming conventions, and working within a collaborative BIM environment, with BIM 360 / ACC being introduced. While the focus is firmly on Revit, there may be occasional requirements to support with CAD where needed.

Projects span a diverse range of sectors including retail, commercial, corporate offices, and government schemes, with MEP values typically ranging from £1M to £12M.

You will report into the Head of Design and oversee another technician and an apprentice, with genuine scope to influence standards and ways of working. This is an opportunity to take ownership in a technical capacity with a high level of autonomy and the freedom to help shape the department's approach.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience using Revit within an MEP environment, ideally experience delivering projects to Stage 5, and a solid understanding of COBie data and working towards BIM standards, alongside a collaborative approach to coordination and delivery.

The role offers a salary of up to £60,000, alongside 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and a standard pension contribution. The business offers flexible working hours with a preference for office working.
