Senior Building Surveyor - Consultancy
Manchester (Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 days home or site)
Salary - negotiable depending on experience

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Building Surveyor to join a well-established property consultancy, within their Manchester City Centre office.
This is a great role for a Building Surveyor or Senior Building Surveyor with consultancy experience, to step into a supportive, collaborative team, with strong existing client relationships and a healthy pipeline of work.

The Role
You will be joining a close-knit team of 3 Surveyors in Manchester, ranging from Graduate to Associate Partner level. You will be taking on a key position within the team as Building Surveyor / Senior Building Surveyor, and hit the ground running with existing projects.

The role offers a broad mix of professional and project work, including:

• Dilapidations
• Technical due diligence
• Contract administration
• Project values from small industrial and retail fit outs, to circa £500,000
• Client advisory across commercial assets

Projects span across healthcare, automotive, retail, and industrial sectors, working with a range of national clients.

What We Are Looking For;

• Building Surveying experience within a consultancy environment - essential
• Ideally MRICS qualified (or close to completion)
• Comfortable working within a team and engaging with clients
