Senior Revit MEP Coordinator
Liverpool City Centre (or Manchester)
£40,000 - £55,000 (DOE) + Benefits
Job Ref: 39589
A Building Services consultancy with advanced digital capability and a reputation for running projects with exceptional detail is looking to appoint a Senior Revit MEP Coordinator to support a strong pipeline of complex, design-led projects across the UK from their Liverpool or Manchester offices.
Since launching in 2022, the business has built a reputation for delivering high-quality engineering solutions on projects typically ranging from £5M to £20M MEP value, and with recent expansion into more technically demanding sectors including Energy from Waste (EfW), super-prime residential, and high-performance commercial developments alongside their bread and butter of High Rise Residential.
With recent project wins in London and a growing national portfolio, they are now looking to strengthen their digital delivery capability in the North West.
The role will see you working in a fully Revit-led environment, supporting delivery across RIBA Stages 4 and 5, where coordination and attention to detail are critical. You will be involved in highly complex, service-heavy schemes, often within tight spatial constraints, requiring strong coordination skills and a proactive approach to problem solving.
Current and upcoming projects include:
- Energy from Waste (EfW) plants with highly complex service integration
- Some interesting Super-prime residential developments including high-spec residential with integrated wellness facilities
- 5-star NABERS-rated commercial office buildings
- High Rise Residential projects shaping the skylines of cities across the UK
You will work closely with an experienced BIM Manager known for developing high-performing digital teams, within a business where Revit sits at the core of project delivery and is fully embedded in the engineering process.
This opportunity would suit someone looking to step into a true coordination-focused role, with exposure to more technically challenging projects and the chance to grow as the business continues to scale.
In return, the company offers a very strong package and a culture that genuinely prioritises its people. Alongside a competitive salary, benefits include private healthcare, pension, and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. The business also promotes a collaborative and social environment, with regular team events including hiking at the weekend and an annual all-expenses-paid wellbeing trip. And finally, they have strong ties to CIBSE and are collectively present at all of the local events. Typically, they are working in the office 4 days a week.
With a strong pipeline of secured work and further growth planned, this is an excellent opportunity to join a business at the right time - where you can play a key role in delivering complex projects and shaping the future of the team.
