The Opportunity

As a Senior Building Surveyor, you'll play a key role in delivering a mix of professional and project led work across a prestigious client base. No two days are the same. You'll be exposed to a diverse workload and given real autonomy to lead projects from inception through to completion.

What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering project management and contract administration on commercial fit-out and refurbishment schemes
• Working across projects of varying scale and complexity, including high value developments.
• Carrying out core professional services including surveys, dilapidations, and defect analysis
• Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members
• Contributing to business growth and strengthening client relationships

About You

• MRICS qualified (or working towards)
• Experience within a building consultancy environment, 5+ years
• Strong project and professional surveying background
• Confident working with clients and managing multiple schemes
