The Role
You'll join an established engineering team delivering building services designs across the full range of RIBA stages, from concept through to completion. The role involves working on both new-build and refurbishment projects, contributing to reports, specifications, performance outputs and detailed design solutions.

You'll be involved in producing designs using CAD and BIM (Revit), carrying out design calculations, and ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry standards. The position includes site surveys, inspections, defect reporting and reviewing construction details, as well as close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams including architects, structural engineers and contractors.

You'll also play a key role in advising on energy use and conservation, helping to reduce environmental impact and improve building performance.

What They're Looking For

Experience delivering electrical design solutions from concept through to completion
Qualification in Building Services Engineering or related discipline (Degree, HNC or HND)
Experience with Amtech/OEM calculations
Revit/BIM experience advantageous
Strong understanding of RIBA stages and BSRIA BG6
Good written and verbal communication skills
