An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Refrigeration Service Engineer to join a well-established contractor covering Reading. This role offers strong earning potential, job security, and clear progression within a growing business.

The Role:


You'll be responsible for service, maintenance, and fault finding across a split portfolio of retail sites and leisure centres, giving you a varied and balanced workload.


* Service & maintenance of refrigeration systems
* Fault finding & reactive works
* Split between retail and leisure environments
* Covering Reading and surrounding areas
* On-call rota: 1 in 4

Requirements
* Time-served apprenticeship
* NVQ / City & Guilds in Refrigeration & AC
* F-Gas (C&G 2079 or equivalent)
* Experience within commercial refrigeration
* CO₂ experience highly desirable - training can be provided
* Full UK Driving Licence

Package
* £45,000 - £50,000 basic
* 40-hour week
* Paid travel
* 33 days holiday
* Company van & fuel card (private use)

* Ongoing training & development
