An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Regional Maintenance Manager to join a well-established and growing business overseeing multiple retail sites across London. This is a key leadership role offering autonomy, stability, and the chance to make a real impact across a high-profile contract.

The Role:

You will be responsible for managing maintenance operations across several retail sites, ensuring high standards of service delivery, compliance, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance across multiple retail locations
• Manage and support a team of engineers
• Coordinate and deliver projects across sites
• Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure service excellence
• Monitor performance, KPIs, and overall contract delivery

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar maintenance management role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience working within retail or multi-site environments
• Good understanding of building services / HVAC / FM
• Excellent organisational and communication skills

Package & Benefits:

• £55,000 - £65,000 basic salary (DOE)
