A growing, design-focused Building Services consultancy in Bristol is looking to appoint an MEP BIM Modeller to support a busy and expanding project pipeline.

This is a great opportunity to join a close-knit team of around 16, where BIM plays a key role in project delivery. With recent growth and a strong workload across multiple sectors, they're looking for someone with 2-3 years' experience who can focus on high-quality 3D modelling and coordination.

You'll be joining a small but evolving BIM capability, with the chance to make a genuine impact as the team develops.

The Role
You'll be responsible for producing and coordinating detailed MEP models across a diverse range of projects, working closely with engineers and external stakeholders.

Projects include:

• Defence frameworks
• Heritage schemes (including listed buildings)
• Commercial office fit-outs
• Higher education estates and laboratory projects
• Public sector and complex refurbishment schemes

What they're looking for

• 2-3 years' experience in an MEP BIM / Revit modelling role
• Strong working knowledge of Revit (AutoCAD also beneficial)
• Experience producing coordinated 3D building services models
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, office-led environment
