I am currently partnering with a growing engineering consultancy in Florida seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to support project delivery and regional expansion across the state.
This is an opportunity for a technically strong engineer who enjoys ownership of projects while contributing to strategic growth and client development. You will play a key role in delivering complex geotechnical work across development, infrastructure and transportation sectors.
Senior Geotechnical Engineer Responsibilities

Lead geotechnical projects from proposal through completion

Coordinate subsurface investigations and field operations

Interpret laboratory and in situ testing data

Prepare and review geotechnical reports

Design and evaluate foundations, settlement and bearing capacity

Support retaining structures, slope stability and earthwork design

Contribute to client relationship management and business development

Mentor junior engineers and support team growth
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Geological or related engineering discipline
- Eight or more years of geotechnical engineering experience
- Strong technical reporting and communication skills
- Demonstrated expertise in foundation and slope design
- A Professional Engineer license is advantageous but not required
