I have worked within recruitment for 6 years where I started as an Apprentice Administrator working my way up to Senior Consultant level. I now recruit within the Built Environment sector covering Civil & Structural Engineering and have previously covered other areas such as Geospatial, Water and Surveying.

I believe that building long-term relationships is key to successful recruitment. Whether it’s clients returning with repeat business or senior candidates coming back as hiring managers, these relationships are what drive success. The main focus is always on delivering a positive experience for both candidates and clients. It’s important to truly understand what candidates and clients are looking for and ensuring a smooth, transparent process to create outcomes that suit everyone. This then leads to lasting placements, strong relationships and ongoing growth on all sides.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and our two dogs, Cookie and Bella. I also love catching up with friends— which usually involves a drink or two! When I get the chance, I love to get away in the sun and explore new places.
