Collectively, I have over seven years of administrative experience, across locum healthcare and other areas of recruitment. I have also worked as an Office Manager.

Senior Administrator at Calibre since September 2022. Had a brief stint in recruitment, so I understand the other side of the fence and what my colleagues are having to tackle in their day-to-day roles. I am motivated by ensuring our diverse client and candidate base is receiving consistently impressive customer service, particularly when it comes to payrolling many of our impressive contractors, who rely on our aptitude and razor-sharp approach.

I’m from Hull but, unlike our Director of the Built Environment, I don’t make it the sum of my entire personality. I know that most people aren’t interested in the East Riding of Yorkshire, so I keep schtum. Everyone will tell you that I’m crazy about dogs, having had many throughout my life. Calibre Search is an excellent office environment because I get to spend a day or two a week looking afters my colleagues’ dogs including Freya (Bernese Mountain Dog), Nellie (Pug) and Reggie (Cockapoo). I’m a big believer that dogs bring a new energy into an office environment, particularly when times are tough.
