I recruit across all things geotechnical, brownfield, remediation, ground engineering, and environmental due diligence; basically, if it involves soil, sites, or sorting environmental chaos, I know who you need. I’ve spent over a decade at Calibre Search, where I built the Ground Engineering and Environmental desk from scratch. It’s now a thriving beast, working with clients across the whole of the UK and along the East Coast of North America. Over the past five years, I’ve specialised in headhunting Directors and senior technical leaders, helping scale small to large teams through strategic appointments across senior leadership, work winners, and quality doers - and building a few proud case studies along the way. When I’m not matchmaking engineers with dream roles, you’ll find me chasing music around the globe. I’ve spent the last 10 years travelling the world to watch DJs tear up dancefloors in everything from desert raves to mountaintop parties. The more underground, the better – both in basslines and boreholes.
