I recruit across all things ground engineering, contaminated land, and environmental due diligence – basically, if it involves soil, sites, or sorting environmental chaos, I know who you need. I've spent nearly a decade at Calibre Search Manchester, where I built the Ground Engineering and Environmental desk from scratch. It’s now a thriving beast, working with clients from Glasgow to Exeter, across to Belfast, and just about everywhere in between (if there’s signal, I’m recruiting there). In the past five years, I’ve been deep in the world of headhunting Directors – helping scale small to mid-sized teams across the UK and collecting a few proud case studies along the way. Ask me about them; I’ve got stories.

When I’m not matchmaking engineers with dream roles, you’ll find me chasing music around the globe. I’ve spent the last 10 years travelling the world to watch DJs tear up dancefloors in everything from desert raves to mountaintop parties. The more underground, the better – both in basslines and boreholes.
