I joined Calibre Search in March 2026, specialising in the built environment and construction consultancy market. I’ve recruited since 2010.

I recruit across Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying and Project Management, working exclusively with construction and property consultancies across the UK. I cover everything from junior and intermediate appointments through to Senior, Associate, Director and Partner level, helping consultancies find the people who can deliver technically, win work, build teams and ultimately drive the business forward. Whether it’s a Building Surveyor who knows their way around a defect, a QS who can keep a project on budget, or a Project Manager who can bring teams and projects together, I’m here to find them. Since joining Calibre, I’ve been forging relationships across the building consultancy market, getting to know the people behind the CVs and understanding what makes the right move work for both clients and candidates. I’m all about long term relationships rather than simply filling a vacancy, although I’m always happy when a vacancy gets filled too!

At 23, I appeared on Take Me Out - so you could say I’ve been matchmaking for a lot longer than I have at Calibre! These days, when I’m not matching candidates with their dream jobs, I’m usually planning my next holiday, whether that’s somewhere abroad or exploring somewhere new around the UK.
