I have worked in the recruitment sector for almost 20 years, starting off as a consultant, progressing to management and then to business-owner in 2009. The industry has changed hugely in that time. My passion comes from making sure that as a business, we embrace change and continue to evolve. This keeps us ahead of the rest and in the best possible position to deliver for our customers.

People are absolutely key in recruitment, and I take great pleasure in watching people join us, succeed and reach their own goals too.

When I’m not working I enjoy spending time with my family (3 children to keep me on my toes), watch a lot of live sport, try to keep fit and, erm, I love Lego!
