Matthew Finlay

I was one of the founding Directors of Calibre Search in 2009 after having recruited in FM for three years before that.

Not long after we founded Calibre Search Ltd, I opened up the marketing desk. Here I focussed mainly on market research and insight, which I worked on until 2020. Since then, I've been part of the management team and heavily involved with the operations and marketing side of the business.

Whilst keeping fit as much as I can, my sporting days are well behind me. That’s best proven by the fact I played Water Polo for Great Britain until the age of 18 (which was more years ago than I’d like to admit).
