Mica Wightman

I joined the recruitment industry in 2021 as a Trainee Consultant and worked my way up to Senior Level. I’m now recruiting within the Building Services sector.

Although my recruiting background started in an entirely different sector, working internationally across the US and Canada has given me the opportunity to witness how invaluable building strong relationships is, on both the candidate and client side of the recruitment process. I’m excited to continue doing this in a new industry as I become immersed in the Building Services world.

When I’m not in work, I’m usually convincing my friends to join me on a last minute trip somewhere. By ‘convincing’ I mean booking it without their approval and telling them when to be at the airport.
