Richard Robinson

Richard began his career in 1996 with Yorkshire Post Situations Vacant after graduating from the University of Manchester. In 2000, he transitioned to Recruitment Consultancy, developing expertise in Property and Civil Engineering sectors where he established a reputation for delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates.

A leadership figure since 2004 and founding Director of Calibre Search, Richard remains deeply committed to the recruitment craft and actively mentors emerging talent within the organisation.

Behind his professional demeanour, Richard is Calibre Search's resident metalhead who makes an annual pilgrimage to the hallowed grounds of Donington Park for Download Festival. Despite his current lack of follicles, you'll find him enthusiastically headbanging to Black Sabbath, Slipknot, Anthrax, and Bring Me The Horizon.
