Richard Robinson

I began my career in 1996 with Yorkshire Post Newspapers in the Recruitment Advertising department after graduating from the University of Manchester. In 2000, I moved into Recruitment Consultancy, developing expertise in the Property and Civil Engineering sectors, where I built a reputation for delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates.

Since 2004, I’ve been a leadership figure and founding Director of Calibre Search. I remain deeply committed to the recruitment craft and actively mentor emerging talent within the organisation.

Behind my professional demeanour, I’m Calibre Search’s resident metalhead, making an annual pilgrimage to the hallowed grounds of Donington Park for Download Festival. Despite my current lack of follicles, you’ll still find me enthusiastically headbanging to Black Sabbath, Slipknot, Anthrax, and Bring Me The Horizon.
