This is my 15th year in Recruitment and my 9th at Calibre recruiting into the Built Environment sector. I cover all aspects of Civil and Structural Engineering with a strong interest in the Water sector as well. I work with Clients of all sizes, placing people in both temporary and permanent roles.

I believe in long term relationships rather than quick wins and the gold standard for me is getting jobs in from people that I have placed in the past that are now in Senior level positions.

When I’m not recruiting I’m either running round after the kids/dogs or on the sports field, followed by a pint or two. Two truths and a lie: I used to be a national standard sprinter, I can speak five languages, I’ve been on Pointless.
