MandE CAD/Revit Technician

This M&E design consultancy specialises in producing schemes for data centres and server farms which are built in the UK and across the world.

They have an established Revit team based in Crawley, Manchester and Nottingham and are looking for an experienced M&E CAD/Revit Technician to join them in either location.

You will need to be comfortable using Revit to produce building services drawings; happy to produce ductwork, ventilation and electrical systems schemes using the software. The ability to use AutoCAD is also important as they use the package for schematic drawings.

Background wise, you could have focused on M&E or Building Services throughout your career. Similarly, you may have started off in Architecture or sustainability before broadening out in to M&E; having knowledge of the full building is really useful and will help you achieve rapid progression.
