Workshop Engineer (Electrical) - Static Role
Location: Trafford Park, Manchester
Salary: £33,000 + Benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Due to an upcoming retirement within the team, we are looking to recruit two experienced Workshop Engineers to join a well-established technical services business based at their Trafford Park facility. This is a static, workshop-based role-no travel required.

You'll be part of a small, friendly engineering team specialising in the servicing, repair, and maintenance of commercial electrical catering equipment. From combination ovens and coffee machines to toasters and microwaves, you'll work on a wide variety of equipment from leading manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Diagnosing and repairing faults on commercial electrical catering equipment
• 
  Performing planned and reactive maintenance in a fully equipped workshop
• 
  Completing service reports and documentation in line with company and legal standards
• 
  Liaising with internal teams to ensure efficient job turnaround

• 
  Retigo combination ovens
• 
  Bravilor water boilers
• 
  Moffat heated cupboards
• 
  Panasonic combination microwaves
• 
  Electrolux hobs
• 
  Hatco toasters
• 
  Falcon grilles
• 
  Rex Royal coffee machines (full training provided)

• 
  Electrically qualified (18th Edition, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
• 
  Proven experience in service and repair of electrical appliances, ideally within the catering or commercial equipment sector
• 
  Familiarity with any of the equipment listed above is a strong advantage
• 
  Comfortable working in a static workshop environment as part of a tight-knit team

  £33,000 basic salary
