£65000 - £75000We are recruiting for an experienced building Project Manager (site based number 1) to deliver a new build projects in Yorkshire
Responsibilities:- Overseeing all aspects of the construction process from start to finish including selection and qualification of sub contractors and suppliers.
- Site logistics on site with limited accessibility
- Assume ultimate responsibility for Health and Safety
- Ensuring the project budget is adhered to
- Ensuring critical milestones are met
- Liaison and meet with clients, architects and other stakeholders.
- Reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager
- Upholding the highest Quality Standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience delivering high quality new build and cut and carve projects in main contracting environment.
- Demonstrable experience of delivering the end to end construction process
- 1st class communication and interpersonal skills
