Job Title: Senior Architectural Technologist
Location: Nottingham
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (Dependent on experience)

Our client, a well reputed Nottingham based Architectural Practice are looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join the growing team ahead of what is looking like a promising and busy 2019.

Our client is a well-known practice based in Central Nottingham, who offer a range of services across Architecture, Interiors and Landscape Architecture. The portfolio of work is wide-reaching, including education, residential, leisure and commercial, so candidates with varied backgrounds are welcomed. You will be required to act as the technical lead to a team on significant multimillion-pound developments post-planning, as well as assisting with the delivery and technical support to colleagues on projects within the office.

Role Requirements

  • We're looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist, capable of managing teams internally and assist with the running of jobs.
  • A through working knowledge of UK Building Regulations.
  • Experience working on large scale developments across a range of construction sectors.
  • Revit experience is highly desirable for the role, however on the job training may be provided for the right candidate.
