My client are a specialist Civil Engineering Consultancy who have been established for 40 years. Covering the whole of the UK from their Bedfordshire office, they provide multi-disciplinary Engineering Consultancy Services in connection with new developments and transportation projects. Due to a an internal promotion, they are currently looking for an Infrastructure Technician to join their team of Civil Engineers.

Working directly with the Civils Director, this is an ideal position for a motivated candidate to work on the design of various highway and drainage schemes for commercial, industrial and residential developments using PDS and AutoCAD software packages.

Experience in road (Section 38 and 278) and drainage (Section 104) is required and a working knowledge of MicroDrainage and Civils 3D would be an advantage.

You will possess:-

Time management skills
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Commitment to continued professional development
Determination and enthusiasm
