Associate Quantity Surveyor

Calibre Search are urgently looking to speak with Senior to Associate level Quantity Surveyors who would be interested in joining a very progressive and ambitious consultancy based near the Warrington area.

They have some major projects happening which you would be responsible in delivering offering quantity surveying, employers agent and project management services when needed.

Such work includes but not limited to a whole range of hotels, retail chain stores, new build residential developments and wide scale industrial warehouse unit schemes for you to get stuck into straight away.

You will be reporting directly to the Head of Cost Management and be offered a full career plan to progress as you help grow this new QS team within the multidisciplinary outfit. Very much a role you can make your own as you become a very integral member to this relatively new QS team.

Duties/Requirements

• Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and cohesively as part of a team
• The ability to deal/face Clients of all levels
• Professional presentation, attention to detail and flexibility within all work matters.
• Offering Pre & Post Contract services - Final Accounts/BOQ's/measurements etc
• Project Management/Employer Agent Services/ on-site travel & inspections.
• Ideally MRICS already or close to achieving your MRICS Qualification
• Commercially minded and confident in developing further business when the opportunity rises.
