Retrofit Coordinator

Calibre Search are looking to speak with confident and hands-on Retrofit Coordinator to join a growing Architecture Practice based just outside of Manchester.

Due to growth and expansion into new work and services, the Architect Practice have now opened up a new department offering full Retrofit services in making sure everything is complaint to PAS Standards.

You will be working closely with one of their main Directors covering their various residential projects which they work closely with well known and reputable housing trusts.

They're happy to consider people with relevant Retrofit experience, ideally they are looking to speak to accessors/coordinators with at least a level 5 AIM Qualification in Domestic Retrofit Assessment but other qualifications will be considered.

This is a brilliant position if you like the idea of carving a career in specializing in retrofit work and even have the chance to become integral to this new department in the coming years.
