Senior Geo-Environmental Engineer project manager

Senior Geo-Environmental Engineer (project manager) position has come available for a well-respected ground engineering consultancy in Manchester to head up a small team of engineers and manage ground investigation consultancy projects from inception through to completion.

You will join another Senior Geo-Environmental Engineer (project manager) in the hope to continue the growth of Manchester. This will be an office based position with the responsibility of managing multiple projects of various sizes across all aspects of technical delivery, commercial and financial control.

Responsibility as a Senior Geo-Environmental Engineer (project manager) consists of delegating a team of junior engineers to conduct all aspects of site works, writing and reviewing of technical reports (Geo-Environmental and Geotechnical), client liaison, tender/bid, financial control and time management.

Senior Geo-Environmental Engineer (project manager) Specification

• Educated to degree level in a relative field.
• 5-10 years within a UK based Geotechnical and/or Geo-Environmental consultancy.
• Ability to design, scope and manage ground investigations.
• Proficient at writing and reviewing geo-environmental and geotechnical interpretive reports, remedial strategies, verification reports and risk assessment.
• Project management experience
