Overview:
A growing building services contractor in Greater Manchester is seeking a Pre-Contract Electrical Project Manager to join their team. Specialising in commercial fit-out projects, this business delivers high-quality electrical solutions for office, retail, and hospitality environments.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an electrically-biased professional with strong pre-construction experience to play a key role in early project development and tendering activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all pre-contract electrical elements across commercial fit-out projects
• Interpret client requirements, tender documents, and drawings
• Develop value-engineered proposals and technical submissions
• Collaborate with estimating, design, and commercial teams
• Attend client meetings, providing technical advice and support during bid stage
• Support procurement strategy and assist with supplier engagement
• Prepare electrical scope documentation for seamless handover to delivery teams

Requirements:

• Strong experience in electrical building services, ideally within commercial fit-out
• Background in project management, design coordination, or estimating
• Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach
• Solid understanding of current electrical standards and best practices
• Qualification in Electrical Engineering or Building Services (HNC/HND or higher)
