Location - Nottingham (Hybrid Working Available)
Salary: Up to around £55k

I am looking to speak an motivated Electrical Building Services Engineer to join a dynamic and growing team in Nottingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects across multiple sectors, including residential, education, justice, and laboratory environments.

As an Electrical Building Services Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality design solutions, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and managing projects from concept to completion. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing electrical design projects across various sectors.

• Collaborating with mechanical engineers and other disciplines for seamless project delivery.

• Preparing and managing fee proposals and developing strong client relationships.

• Attending site visits, design meetings, and representing the company in client meetings.

• Designing electrical services from Stage 2 to Stage 6, including detailed designs, specifications, and calculations.

• Mentoring and supporting junior engineers within the team.

Ideally you'll have..

• A degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering.

• 3-7 years of experience in electrical design within the building services sector.

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and fire alarm systems.

• Proficiency in design software such as Revit and MagiCAD (preferred).

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

• Experience in project management, including working with contractors and clients to ensure timely project delivery.

• Ability to commute to Nottingham

• Hybrid working - 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.
