Senior Structural Engineer
Leeds
My client is an employee-owned specialist Design Consultancy based on the outskirts of Leeds. They excel in providing the highest quality Civil & Structural Engineering services across all market sectors and to meet their increasing workload and expanding client base they are currently seeking a Senor or Principal Structural Engineer to join their team.
Working closely with their clients, they design within budget constraints to meet the requirements of our clients and their funding institutions. Their extensive expertise is in demand to create bespoke solutions for offices, warehousing, retail and residential developments and their experience also includes the refurbishment of existing buildings, including restoration of listed properties.
As an Engineer Chartered or Incorporated with the Institute of Structural Engineers or the Institution of Civil Engineers, you will be well versed in computer analysis and design in all structural materials, innovative in approach, be able manage projects independently including attending meetings with contractors, architects and clients.
As well as co-ordinating the work of Project Engineers, Graduates and Technicians, you will attend external design meetings with clients and other design team members and be responsible for the development and ongoing management of design delivery programmes
Software experience in TEDDS, Tekla Structural Designer, Fastrack Portal Frame, CADS Wall Panel, P Frame and MasterSeries Retaining Wall would be desirable
