  • Promote best practice in health & safety and risk management

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong background in structural or civil engineering (bridges/highways preferred)
  • Experience managing and delivering multi-stage engineering projects
  • Skilled in structural analysis and design tools (e.g. LUSAS, Autodesk Structural Bridge Design)
  • Good commercial awareness and understanding of relevant technical standards
  • Working knowledge of CDM and risk assessments
  • Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status (ICE, IStructE or equivalent desirable)
  • Degree-qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent experience

What's On Offer:

  • Flexible Working: Hybrid and part-time arrangements to support work-life balance
  • Wellbeing Focus: Healthcare support, 24/7 GP access, mental health resources, and more
  • Inclusive Culture: Active employee networks for diversity, wellbeing and community
  • Community Involvement: Paid volunteer days and opportunities to give back

Plus an attractive benefits package including:

  • Minimum 24 days annual leave + Bank Holidays
  • Generous employer pension contributions
