Job Title: Junior Architectural Technologist
Salary: £25,000 - £32,000
Location: York
Calibre Search are delighted to be working in partnership with a boutique Architectural Design practice based in York that has built an impressive reputation through the high-quality designs they deliver in the in care, healthcare, residential and commercial sectors. As the practice continues to grow and diversify their impressive project portfolio, they are seeking a talented Architectural Technologist to join their collaborative team.
Job Spec- Degree or professional qualification in Architectural Technology (candidates with 2-3 years' relevant experience will also be considered, with salary adjusted accordingly)
- Excellent technical expertise and analytical problem-solving capabilities
- Thorough knowledge of current UK building standards and construction practices
- Strong interpersonal abilities with a team-oriented working style
- Proficiency in Revit, with additional experience in AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, and Twinmotion advantageous (AutoCAD skills preferred but not mandatory)
