Up to £22.75 per hour | Door-to-Door Travel

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join a well-established contractor covering the Banbury area.

This role offers a genuinely strong earning package, excellent benefits, and long-term stability working across agricultural and dairy sites.

The Package:

• Up to £22.75 per hour (40-hour week)
• 5 hours guaranteed overtime weekly (paid at 1.5x)
• £4,000 CO2 bonus for qualified engineers with experience
• Door-to-door travel paid
• Overtime rates at 1.5x and 2x
• Private healthcare
• Callout rota (minimum 1 in 4) with additional pay

Earnings Breakdown (Typical):

• £47,320 basic
• £8,872 guaranteed overtime
• £4,000 CO2 bonus
• £60,000+ total earnings (excluding standby/callout payments)

The Role:

• Service, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration systems
• Working across agricultural and dairy environments
• Fault finding on a range of refrigeration equipment including CO2 systems
• Covering sites across the Banbury region

The Candidate:

• Experienced Refrigeration Engineer (commercial or industrial background considered)
• CO2 experience highly desirable (£4k bonus available)
• F-Gas qualified
• Full UK driving licence
