Maintenance Electrician

An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join a well-established Facilities Management provider covering King's Lynn and the surrounding region.

We are looking for a qualified electrical professional with strong fault-finding and maintenance experience. Applicants should hold NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or Maintenance (or equivalent), alongside the 18th Edition qualification as a minimum.

This role involves working across a portfolio of retail sites, carrying out both planned preventative maintenance and reactive repair work on a range of electrical and mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out scheduled PPMs and reactive maintenance tasks across multiple sites
• Support fellow engineers with larger maintenance projects when required
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently to agreed service levels
• Ensure all maintenance documentation and reports are completed accurately
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition
• Travel to additional sites within the regional cluster when necessary
• Work closely with colleagues and clients to maintain high service standards
• Update the Mercury system with accurate, real-time job information
• Ensure all work is completed in line with company procedures and KPI targets

Required Qualifications:

• NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent
• Recognised electrical apprenticeship
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
