Senior Quantity Surveyor

A well established construction consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its growing Manchester team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well respected consultancy with a long standing reputation in the market and a strong pipeline of secured public sector and commercial projects across the North West.

The Manchester office delivers a diverse range of schemes across:

• Public sector
• Commercial
• Defence
• Government estate
• Infrastructure related projects

The Senior Quantity Surveyor role will involve:

• Pre and post contract Quantity Surveying duties
• Client facing project delivery
• Cost management across multiple live projects
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members
• Working closely with Project Management and wider consultancy teams
• Building and maintaining long term client relationships

The ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:

• Consultancy Quantity Surveying experience
• Strong public sector project exposure
• Experience delivering projects from inception through to completion
• Good client facing and communication skills
• MRICS qualification preferred but not essential
