Multi Trader

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Multi Trader / Handyman / Handyperson / Fabric Engineer to join one of the country's leading Facilities Management companies working around London and the surrounding areas and the M25.

Ideal candidate location: Central London however candidates anywhere in and around London that are willing to travel will be considered.

Some experience with basic plumbing and carpentry in a commercial setting will be beneficial for this role. This will be a multi-site role offering building maintenance services across a range of disciplines aimed at keeping services and costs in-house. Experience working in commercial premises, with PPM's particularly the retail sector, would be a distinct advantage.

The work consists of a mix of PPM and reactive building works internally and externally to include:

Building

• Roof - repair roof leaks and quarterly gutter and gully clearance
• Brickwork - repairs to walls
• Floor - repair vinyl and ceramic tiles
• Car Park / yard works
• Roller shutters - annual PPM and reactive repairs

Painting and decorating

• Carry out minor painting repairs

Plumbing and drainage

• Unblock drains, urinals, toilets, and sinks.
• Repair leaking taps and washers.

Carpentry

• Carry out minor carpentry and joinery repairs within commercial premises and retail environments.

Package
Basic salary - £32992 + £2340 standby = £35332
1 in 4 standby £180 per week
Mon - Fri 40 hours per week
Paid travel door to door
Overtime
Company Van with fuel card, option for private use
33 Days Holiday inclusive of banks
