Salary: £30,000 - £38,000+ (Negotiable)

Overview

My client is an established building services consultancy that operates across 4 UK offices, employers over 90 staff and specialises in sustainable and net zero carbon designs for a variety of projects within the Healthcare, Education, Commercial and Sport sectors. They boast their own MEP, sustainability/building physics and BIM team meaning they can lean on each service to provide a complete service for each project.

With over 20 years within the industry, this award-winning consultancy are now seeking a Revit Technician to join a strong BIM team and assist engineers with models and designs.

Role

As a Revit Technician, you will be expected to generate 3D Revit models and drawings to assist with technical aspects of their projects.

Ideally you will have:

• Knowledge of the building services industry and how a consultancy functions.
• Proficiency using Revit MEP and AutoCAD packages.
• A ONC/HNC (Ideal)
• Experience working within a CAD/BIM department
• Be able to commute to Nottingham.
