Salary: £25,000 - £27,500 + Training + Career Progression

We're recruiting for an enthusiastic HVAC Improver to join a growing specialist in temporary heating and cooling solutions. You'll work alongside experienced engineers installing, servicing and maintaining a wide range of hire equipment across commercial and industrial sites, with full training and industry-recognised qualifications provided.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone in the early stages of their engineering career who has a practical mindset, a strong work ethic and is keen to learn.

The Role

• Assist with the installation, servicing and maintenance of temporary heating and cooling equipment.
• Prepare, test and inspect equipment before and after hire.
• Support experienced engineers with fault finding, repairs and commissioning.
• Travel to customer sites across a variety of commercial and industrial environments.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety and customer service.

What We're Looking For

• Some hands-on experience in HVAC, refrigeration, air conditioning, plumbing & heating or another mechanical engineering environment.
• Alternatively, a relevant engineering qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds, BTEC or similar) with practical experience through college, an apprenticeship or work placement.
• A genuine willingness to learn and develop.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Practical problem-solving skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence (or working towards obtaining one).
