Location: Southampton & Surrounding Areas (Mobile Role)

Salary: £45,000 (Flexible for the Right Candidate) + Door-to-Door Travel + Overtime

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Chiller Engineer to join a well-established manufacturer with an excellent reputation for investing in its engineers.

Covering Southampton and the surrounding region, you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing a range of industrial water chillers across commercial and industrial sites.

This is a varied, field-based role offering ongoing manufacturer training, excellent support and genuine opportunities for long-term career progression.

The Role

• Service, maintenance and repair of industrial water chillers
• Planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown response
• Fault finding, diagnostics and system repairs
• Delivering a high standard of customer service
• Covering commercial and industrial sites throughout Southampton and the surrounding areas

Requirements

• Time-served apprenticeship
• NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in Refrigeration or Air Conditioning
• F-Gas (C&G 2079) or equivalent CITB Refrigerant Handling certification
• Approved manufacturer or recognised industry training
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Previous experience working on industrial water chillers

Package

• £45,000 basic salary (flexible for the right candidate)
• Door-to-door travel paid
• 42.5-hour working week
• 1 in 6 call-out rota
• Overtime paid at 1.5x Monday to Saturday and double time on Sundays and Bank Holidays
• 33 days annual leave including Bank Holidays
• Company van with private use
