They're currently investing in an office refurbishment to expand capacity, and this trainee hire reflects their commitment to building talent from the ground up rather than just buying it in.

The Role

You'll be trained up from scratch in Revit MEP and AutoCAD, working alongside experienced engineers and technicians who'll show you the ropes. This is a genuine training role, so you'll start with the basics and build your skills project by project.

Key responsibilities include:

• Learning to produce simple 2D and 3D MEP models under supervision
• Shadowing senior technicians on live projects to understand workflows and standards
• Gradually taking on your own tasks as your confidence and competence grow
• Attending internal training sessions and building your understanding of BIM processes
• Supporting the wider team with admin and drawing management tasks as needed

About You

• No prior industry experience required, training will be provided from day one
• A genuine interest in construction, engineering, or design (a related course or qualification is a bonus but not essential)
• Comfortable using a computer, with an eagerness to pick up new software
• Good attention to detail and a strong desire to learn
• Reliable, personable, and keen to build a long-term career in building services
