Location: Reading, Slough, High Wycombe
Salary: £34,000 - £35,000 per annum
Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday-Thursday nights

We are currently recruiting for a Labourer Cleaner to join a leading refrigeration service contractor, covering Reading, Slough and High Wycombe

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Labourer Cleaner, Labourer, Maintenance Operative or Industrial Cleaner looking for a secure, full-time night-shift position with a company vehicle and excellent benefits.

The Role

As a Refrigeration Case Cleaning Technician, you will work across supermarket sites, preparing refrigeration cabinets for scheduled maintenance by specialist Refrigeration Engineers.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning and maintaining commercial refrigeration cabinets.
• Emptying refrigeration cases safely and efficiently.
• Cleaning the inside of cabinets, including filters and associated areas.
• Preparing refrigeration equipment for engineers to carry out maintenance.
• Completing planned cleaning schedules to the required standard and within agreed timescales.
• Working closely with supervisors and refrigeration engineers.
• Following all company health and safety procedures.
• Maintaining a professional approach when working on customer sites.
• Providing excellent customer service and building positive relationships with clients and colleagues.

About You

We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking and physically fit, with a positive attitude and willingness to work night shifts.
Previous experience in commercial cleaning, industrial cleaning, supermarket environments, labouring or basic maintenance would be an advantage.
You will need:

• A full UK driving licence.
• Flexibility to travel to different sites on a daily basis.
• Previous cleaning, labouring or basic maintenance experience preferred.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A professional, friendly and confident manner.
• Good attention to detail.
• A strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high standards.
• The physical ability to carry out regular bending, lifting and manual work.
