Handyman / Handyperson / Multi-trader / Fabric Engineer - Watford / High Wycombe / Harrow

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Handyman / Handyperson to join one of the country's leading Facilities Management companies, working across commercial sites in the Watford, High Wycombe, Harrow and the surrounding areas.

Some experience with basic plumbing in a commercial setting will be highly beneficial. This is a multi-site role providing building maintenance services across a range of disciplines, helping to keep services and costs in-house. Experience working in commercial premises, particularly within the retail sector, would be a distinct advantage.

The work consists of a mix of PPM and reactive building works, both internally and externally, including:

Building

• Roof repairs, including leaks, quarterly gutter and gully clearance
• Brickwork repairs
• Repairing vinyl and ceramic floor tiles
• Car park and yard works
• Roller shutter PPM and reactive repairs

Painting & Decorating

• Carrying out minor painting and decorating repairs

Plumbing & Drainage

• Unblocking drains, urinals, toilets and sinks
• Repairing leaking taps and replacing washers

Package

For the right candidate, a fantastic salary and benefits package is on offer:

• Basic salary: £30,000
• Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
• Paid travel time after the first 30 minutes each way
