We are working with a major global organisation, currently explaining their Building Surveying team in Bristol, and looking to appoint an Associate Director - Building Surveyor.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established team of around 30 Building Surveyors, with ambitious plans to grow the Bristol team significantly over the coming years.

The Role
As an Associate Director, you will play an important role within the Bristol Building Surveying team, combining technical delivery with client management, team leadership and business development.
You will work across a varied portfolio of projects and clients, with exposure to sectors including:

• Commercial
• Residential
• Healthcare
• Education
• Defence
• Public Sector

The role offers a good balance between project delivery, client facing work, technical surveying and business development, with the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility as the team continues to grow.

About You
We are looking for an MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor with strong technical experience, who is ready to operate at Associate Director level.

This role would also suit a Senior or Principal Building Surveyor, looking to step into an Associate Director role.
You should be confident dealing directly with clients, and have previous mentoring / team management experience.
