Structural Revit Technician

Location: Manchester City Centre
Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 - Dependant upon experience

An established, multidisciplinary engineering consultancy is looking for a Structural Revit Technician to join its Manchester office. With a varied portfolio of projects and an expanding team, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your technical skills and play an important role in delivering high-quality structural designs.

Projects span residential, high-rise, student accommodation, commercial, retail and large-scale industrial and warehouse developments across the UK.

The Role

• Produce accurate structural models and technical drawings using Autodesk Revit.

• Develop general arrangement drawings, sections, details and construction information.

• Work closely with structural engineers to translate design concepts and calculations into coordinated models.

• Coordinate structural information with architects, contractors and other design disciplines.

• Maintain drawing quality, accuracy and consistency with project requirements.

• Contribute to the successful delivery of multiple projects within agreed deadlines.

About You

• Experience working as a Structural Revit Technician within a consultancy or similar engineering environment.

• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, with AutoCAD experience desirable.

• A good understanding of building structures, construction methods and structural detailing.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate technical drawings.

• Good communication and organisational skills.

• A collaborative approach, with the ability to work independently when required.
