Job Title: Senior Architectural Technologist
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
Location: Leeds

RIBA Chartered architectural practice is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join its growing team. The practice is known for sustainability-led, safety-conscious design across a wide range of sectors.
The role

• Lead the technical design and delivery of projects across a varied portfolio
• Produce and coordinate detailed technical information
• Ensure designs meet regulatory and quality requirements
• Work closely with clients, consultants and contractors
• Use BIM and digital workflows to support project delivery
• Support and mentor junior team members

About you

• Architectural Technology qualification (or equivalent) with substantial UK practice experience
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
• Experience working in a BIM environment
• Good communication skills and the ability to manage your own workload
• Chartered status (or working towards it) is desirable
