Role - Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS)
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (Negotiable)

Overview
A leading multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their established team in Birmingham. With 25-30 people in the local office - including a specialist team of 12 Building Surveyors - this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing, supportive business with a strong national presence.
You'll be involved in a wide variety of industrial and commercial projects, primarily working with pension fund clients. This role combines technical delivery and team collaboration, with the opportunity to build client relationships and contribute to future business growth.

Role Requirements

• 
  Degree in Building Surveying & MRICS (or working towards chartership)
• 
  Experience delivering commercial surveying services
• 
  Strong technical knowledge, including contract administration, dilapidations and technical due diligence
• 
  Confident report writing and communication skills
• 
  Comfortable working independently or as part of a wider team
• 
  Ability to build lasting client relationships and meet fee targets
• 
  Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
