A national Building Services Contractor based in Warrington, with a strong reputation in the market for delivering high quality design and having an excellent customer focus, is keen to hear from a Senior BIM Technician to expand on the existing platform already in place. This is an ideal opportunity to work on key schemes in the local area and further afield. This company particularly, are working within the Residential sector. They deliver large high rise residential projects across a variety of markets including PRS, Student Accommodation and more.

Having already gained experience and being a successful Revit coordinator (MEP) or BIM Manager (MEP) or Senior BIM Technician from a previous role, you will continue to produce 3D Models. It is an expectation that you are fully proficient in Co-ordination on Revit MEP, can produce Revit sheets and templates and have some experience in putting families together. Any knowledge of COBIE coding, BIM standards, BIM execution plans and BIM protocols would also be necessary with this position but there is some scope to learn on the job providing the salary expectation aligns. This role is exclusively Revit based and you will be working for a BIM Level 2 BSI Certified business.

You will have the capabilities of liaising with fellow design members and the main contractor throughout the design process and have a extensive expereince of working within a Buildng Services Engineering background too.

It is essential for this opportunity that you are educated to ONC/HNC level in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering and experience within the sector is a requirement for this role in Warrington.
