  • Ensure compliance of the design with the CDM Regulations and Environmental requirements

  • Coordinate all interface activity with design consultants between Client, contractors staff, supply chain partners, stakeholders and external consultants / suppliers with design responsibility
  • Lead in Value Engineering in liaison with Engineering Manager and ensure other relevant personnel contribute and agree decisions and that they are recorded before alternatives are pursued
  • Ensure that key supply chain partners / stakeholders are brought into the process at the appropriate time
  • Ensure the customers feedback and comments are acknowledged, prioritized and actioned
  • Ensure that all information required by either party is supplied by the other at the correct time and to the agreed and appropriate level of detail
  • Monitor the efficiency of the consultants processes and release blockages where evident
