We are working with an established multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy in central London. The business works across a diverse range of sectors including residential, commercial, education & leisure, providing services across quantity surveying, building surveying, project management and employer's agent.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Senior Associate level Quantity Surveyor, to join their established cost management team in London.

The Role
You will join a growing cost management team, working alongside experienced surveyors and an Associate Director who leads the function.
The role will provide exposure to a varied portfolio of projects, with a strong focus on the London residential market, and the opportunity to work on high quality developments.

You will be involved in projects from inception to completion, so post-contract experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities will include:

• Providing quantity surveying and cost management services across a range of projects
• Pre and post-contract cost management
• Cost planning and estimating
• Procurement and tendering
• Contract administration and commercial reporting
• Managing client relationships
• Supporting junior members of the team

About You
We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with 4+ years' consultancy experience.
The business is supportive of professional development and can provide support towards APC and chartership where appropriate.

You will ideally have:

• Strong consultancy experience
• Good pre-contract experience, with post-contract experience highly desirable
• Strong communication and client facing skills
• The ability to manage projects independently
• A commercial and collaborative approach
