Refrigeration Engineer

I’m working with a well-established refrigeration specialist looking to add an Industrial Refrigeration Engineer to their team, covering Southampton and the South Coast.

This is a great opportunity to join a business that supports ongoing training and career development. The role will involve working across cold storage and food distribution sites, carrying out service, maintenance and reactive work on a range of industrial refrigeration systems, including DX, CO₂ and Ammonia.

What We're Looking For

• Experience working with industrial refrigeration systems, including DX, CO₂ and/or Ammonia

• FGAS 2079 certification (essential)

• Ammonia experience would be beneficial, although training can be provided

• Full UK driving licence

• A reliable engineer who is comfortable working independently and delivering a high level of customer service

What's On Offer

• Salary up to £52,000 depending on experience

• Door-to-door travel paid

• Overtime paid at 1.5x and 2.0x

• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

• 1 in 5 standby rota with £200 standby payment
